Job description

We are looking for experienced, high-caliber software engineers who want to work with fun, talented team on a sophisticated Java/J2EE project. The position is full-time in our Kyiv office.

Requirements

The best candidate has:

• At least 2 year experience working in J2EE software development projects;
• University degree (bachelor/master or equal) in computer science;
• Ability to read and refactor existing code;
• Good object oriented skills;
• Knowledge of relational databases - MySQL, Oracle is a plus;
• Application server Jboss;
• Struts/Servlets and design patterns, to enhance/develop Web application components;
• Understanding of the software project lifecycle, testing and project frameworks;
• Ability to be effectively communicate, responsible attitude and ambitious;
• Ability to read and understand technical materials in English;
• Ability to plan and organize project and personal time.

Other requirements

Optional:

• A solid working experience with:
• Junit/HTTPUnit Testing Frameworks;
• Hibernate Framework;
• Unix (Linux, Solaris) system administrating;
• XML/XSLT;
• OLAP.
